We all know how unhealthy our food intake can be. It's quite difficult to make healthy choices when there is so much temptation out there! 😬
The key is making sure you control the calories -- in addition to consuming your juice at the right time (preferably early morning.)
Usually juicers remove the fibre so I do recommend buying the 'NutriBullet.' It preserves all the fibre and nutrients as the name suggests.
Green juice can provide an entire day's worth of vitamins and minerals. It can be quite tasty, and if you heed a few parameters, you may experience health benefits such as more energy, improved immunity and weight loss.
Here is an example of my favourite recipe (you can switch it around with different green leaves and fruits according to your taste) -
2 big leaves of organic kale
Half cup organic parsley
A piece of ginger
A small bunch of grapes
Blend and drink. Most of your nutrition is done for the day! 😃
